Heb je oog voor detail, een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en de drive om projecten succesvol af te ronden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Uitvoerder GWW ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van diverse GWW-projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de medewerkers op de bouwplaats als voor opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Leidinggeven aan het uitvoerend team op de bouwplaats. - Plannen, coördineren en controleren van de werkzaamheden. - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving. - Bewaken van de voortgang en de kwaliteit van het werk. - Communiceren met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en rapportages. Functie eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO 3 opleiding in de richting van Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de GWW-sector. - Uitstekende communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden. - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en kwaliteitsnormen. - Sterk organisatorisch en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Rijbewijs B. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is vereist voor deze functie. - High level of the Dutch language in word and writing is required for this position. - Woonachtig in Nederland. - Living in the Netherlands.
