Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Den Haag zoeken we een uitvoerder die het overzicht bewaart, teams aanstuurt en ervoor zorgt dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt aan projecten binnen de infrastructuur en bent dagelijks het aanspreekpunt op de projectlocatie. Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen €4.100 en €4.900, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er moet gebeuren en dat projecten volgens afspraak verlopen. - Aansturen van uitvoerende medewerkers en onderaannemers - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de projectlocatie - Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers - Controleren van de voortgang en kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden - Signaleren van knelpunten en direct bijsturen waar nodig - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en dagrapportages - Zorgdragen voor een correcte oplevering van projecten - €4100 - €4900 - Medior - MBO - 40 - Den Haag Wie ben jij?
