Uitvoerder Kust & Zeehavens Buiten gebeurt het! En daar maak jij het verschil. Als uitvoerder bij Boskalis Nederland zorg jij dat de uitvoering van projecten op rolletjes loopt. Binnen Kust & Zeehavens werk je aan projecten door heel Nederland, en soms in België of Duitsland. Of je nu vooral… Functie-omschrijving Ga het maar doen! Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt de vakmensen aan, bewaakt de planning en regelt dat de juiste middelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Zo breng je projecten elke dag een stap verder én zie je hoe plannen werkelijkheid worden. Je kijkt ook steeds hoe ons werk slimmer kan, terwijl je erop blijft toezien dat iedereen veilig werkt. Want veiligheid staat binnen Boskalis altijd op de eerste plaats. Extra mooi aan je werk? Jij draagt bij aan de bescherming tegen overstromingen. Met onze ervaring in waterbescherming houden we vaarwegen op diepte en verbreden we rivieren, zodat het water vrij kan blijven stromen. Wij werken altijd met zorg voor de natuur. Zo ziet jouw werk eruit: - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en een goede sfeer op de werkvloer. Daarbij werk je samen met de assistent-uitvoerder. - Vakmensen begeleiden en hen helpen groeien in hun vak. Ook blijf je werken aan je eigen ontwikkeling als professional. - De bouwplaats efficiënt organiseren, de projectplanning vertalen naar een detailplanning en passende werkmethoden kiezen. - Dagelijks en wekelijks rapporteren aan de hoofduitvoerder en projectmanager over de voortgang van het project. Ook signaleer je afwijkingen en stuur je op tijd bij. - Schakelen met je collega's van de werkvoorbereiding, onder meer om het opleverdossier compleet bij de opdrachtgever in te dienen.
