Voor grote projecten in Noord-Holland voor ons Helix contract bij Liander op het gebied van aanleg en onderhoud van ondergrondse midden- en hoogspanningskabels zijn wij op zoek naar een Uitvoerder met een goed technisch inzicht. Als uitvoerder vertaal je wat je collega's binnen hebben voorbereid naar de uitvoering op de projectlocaties. Je stuurt jouw ploegen en de onderaannemers aan en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van onze mooie projecten binnen de geplande tijd en budget. Door je natuurlijke overwicht en goede mensenkennis zorg je voor eenheid binnen je teams en weet je het werk goed te verdelen. Verder: - Stuur je strak op veiligheid. - Onderhoud je de contacten met opdrachtgevers. - Kijk je goed vooruit en controleer je de uitvoerings- en werkplannen. - Rapporteer je over de voortgang en zorg je dat de administratie altijd actueel is. Je zit maximaal 3 uur binnen op een dag, de rest van de dag ben je lekker buiten bezig. Functie-eisen - Een aantal jaar ervaring als Uitvoerder. - Ervaring in het coachen en begeleiden van de uitvoering. - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Civiele Techniek. - Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en goede communicatie. - Je hebt oog voor verbeteringen en weet kansen goed te benutten.
