Als Uitvoerder Modulaire Houtbouw houd jij de touwtjes stevig in handen op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt dat duurzame houten woningen volgens planning, veilig en met de juiste kwaliteit worden gerealiseerd. Deze functie is beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur en kan ook als zzp’er op projectbasis worden ingevuld. Wat ga je doen?Als Uitvoerder Modulaire Houtbouw ben je voor onze opdrachtgever verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van duurzame woningbouwprojecten op locatie. Je vormt de schakel tussen de woningfabriek, bouwplaats, leveranciers en opdrachtgever. Op de bouwplaats stuur je vakmensen aan en zorg je dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij bewaak je de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het bouwproces. Je coördineert de plaatsing en afwerking van prefab houten woningmodules en grijpt op tijd in wanneer werkzaamheden anders lopen dan gepland. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten en stemt regelmatig af met projectleiders, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. Slimme bouwlogistiek speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol, omdat de modules volgens een strakke planning op locatie worden geleverd en gemonteerd. Je controleert of het werk voldoet aan bouwkundige eisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften en begeleidt projecten tot en met de oplevering. Met jouw bouwkundige inzicht draag je bij aan efficiënte, duurzame en kwalitatief sterke modulaire woningbouw. Naast een dienstverband van 32 of 40 uur is inzet als zzp’er op projectbasis ook mogelijk. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten tijdens de uitvoering; - Toezien op veilig werken en naleving van geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, leveranciers, opdrachtgevers en de buitenploeg; - Organiseren van een efficiënte bouwlogistiek rondom levering en plaatsing van prefab modules; - Signaleren en oplossen van bouwkundige knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering; - Begeleiden van bouwprojecten vanaf de start op locatie tot en met de oplevering.
