Je houdt overzicht, schakelt met collega's en opdrachtgevers en zorgt dat werkzaamheden volgens planning en afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Wanneer er iets verandert op een project, weet jij snel te schakelen en een passende oplossing te vinden. Je stuurt een team aan 15 vaklieden waarbij jij ze in hun kracht zet, een strakke planning en juiste aansturing zijn hier belangrijk bij. Deze functie past daarom goed bij een ervaren Uitvoerder die graag actief bezig blijft met de dagelijkse praktijk, maar zich prettig voelt in een rol met de titel Voorman. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het team, de projecten en de organisatie. Benefits - €3.750 - €4.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een zelfstandige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid. - Een team van circa 15 vakmensen om aan te sturen. - Veel afwisseling door meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd. - Werken binnen een hecht familiebedrijf met korte lijnen.
