Functie inhoud Als Uitvoerder bij deze organisatie heb je een veelzijdige rol waarbij jij verantwoordelijk bent voor de kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en realisatie van het project. Je zult nauw samenwerken in een projectteam met assistent uitvoerder, 1 of 2 werkvoorbereider(s) en de projectleider. Ook zal je veel contact hebben met de (onder)aannemers. De type projecten variëren van scholen en duurzame woningen tot aan hotels, hoge flats en ziekenhuizen. Je bent als Uitvoerder verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturen van alle (onder)aannemers en werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Aanspreekpunt voor iedereen op de bouwplaats; - Samenstellen van het team en de benodigde materialen; - Kwaliteit controleren van de werkzaamheden en het materiaal; - Het bestellen of afroepen van het materiaal; - Deelnemen aan bouw- en aannemersvergaderingen; - Bewaken van projectplanningen; - Zorgen voor goede personeelsbezetting en het verdelen van werk onder aanwezige personeel; - Projectvoortgang bespreken met werkvoorbereider en projectleider; - Meer- en minderwerk bijhouden; - Het opstellen van detailplanningen: 6-weken, ruwbouw en afbouw planningen; - Het aangeven waar het gebouw moet komen en zeggen wanneer wat gedaan moet worden; - Toezien op de Veiligheids- en Gezondheidspla...
