Klaar om de regie te pakken als Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw? Wat je gaat doen Voor een professioneel bouwbedrijf in Limburg zijn we op zoek naar een Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw. In deze functie ben jij de baas op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat een project van fundering tot oplevering soepel verloopt. Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt het team aan en zorgt dat planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op orde zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw ben jij hét aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen van vaklieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van de planning en voortgang; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het werk; - Toezien op veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Coördineren van materialen, materieel en logistiek; - Signaleren en oplossen van technische en organisatorische knelpunten; - Bewaken van kosten en meer- en minderwerk; - Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en goed georganiseerde bouwplaats.
