Voor onze afdeling Kabels & Leidingen zoeken we een uitvoerder die energie krijgt van projecten in de ondergrondse infra, zoals sanering van gas- en waterleidingen. Je werkt samen met een vakbekwaam team aan mooie projecten in Noord-Nederland. Van oorsprong zijn wij een civiele aannemer en daarom ontzettend sterk in het civieltechnische deel van het werk. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan diverse teams en start de dag met een werkbespreking. Je zorgt voor planning van materieel en personeel, onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers en houdt de projectadministratie bij. Daarbij bewaak je kosten, kwaliteit en voortgang. Veiligheid staat binnen Koninklijke Oosterhof Holman voorop: jij ziet erop toe dat iedereen volgens de regels werkt. Takenpakket Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit: - Dagelijkse leiding op projecten - Opstellen van personeels- en materieelplanning - Toezicht op uitvoering en rapportage - Signaleren van meer-/minderwerk - Bewaken van kosten, kwaliteit en voortgang - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers - Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften Wat vragen wij van jou? - HBO/ MBO werk- en denkniveau. - minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de ondergrondse infratechniek (kabels en leidingen). - openstaan om gerichte opleidingen of trainingen te volgen. - wonend in Noord-Nederland - financieel inzicht, groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en goede communicatieve eigenschappen. - een VCA VOL certificaat en minimaal rijbewijs B.
