Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en houdt grip op kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en kosten. Echt iets voor jou? De werkzaamheden lopen uiteen van grootschalige renovaties en verduurzaming tot planmatig en dagelijks onderhoud. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en combineert de kennis en capaciteit van een grotere partij met korte lijnen binnen de projectteams. Er wordt veel samengewerkt met vaste opdrachtgevers en ketenpartners. Duurzaamheid, circulariteit, veiligheid en digitalisering spelen een belangrijke rol bij de verdere ontwikkeling van de projecten.
