Je stuurt het uitvoeringsteam en onderaannemers aan en zorgt dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en binnen planning worden uitgevoerd. Jouw taken: - Aansturen van vaklieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers op locatie; - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Coördineren van planning, materiaalstromen en werkvolgorde; - Dagelijks contact onderhouden met bewoners, opzichters en het projectteam; - Signaleren en rapporteren van knelpunten of afwijkingen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en voortgang; - Meedenken in oplossingen en verbeteringen tijdens de uitvoering; - Ondersteunen van de projectleider en werkvoorbereider. Denk hierbij aan woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen en scholen. Je werkt samen in compacte multidisciplinaire teams binnen een organisatie met korte lijnen en een maatschappelijk impact. Functie-eisen Dit is wat wij van jou verwachten: - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding (minimaal mbo-niveau) - Meerdere jaren ervaring als uitvoerder, bij voorkeur binnen renovatie en/of onderhoud - Kennis van bouwprocessen, VCA en veiligheidsnormen - Je bent communicatief sterk, daadkrachtig en oplossingsgericht - Affiniteit met duurzaam bouwen en oog voor bewonersbelangen - Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook onder druk Arbeidsvoorwaarden Dit is wat jij van ons mag verwachten: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.200 en €5.000, afhankelijk van ervaring - Uitstekende secundaire voorwaarden zoals pensioenregeling, vakantiedagen en werkkostenvergoeding - Bedrijfsauto of mobiliteitsbudget, plus smartphone...
