Wil jij mee bouwen aan de grootste renovatie van Nederland? Als Uitvoerder Renovatie ben jij bereid om elke dag naar de Bijlmer in Amsterdam te rijden. Je geeft dagelijks richting aan de uitvoering van een grootschalig renovatieproject met 900 woningen. Vier jaar lang bouw je mee aan een vernieuwde woonomgeving met zichtbare impact. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever ga je aan de slag als Uitvoerder Renovatie op een omvangrijk renovatieproject in de Bijlmer in Amsterdam. Het project omvat ongeveer 900 woningen, voornamelijk flats, die gedurende vier jaar worden gerenoveerd. De bewoners verhuizen tijdelijk naar een andere woning, waardoor de werkzaamheden per woning en woonblok goed moeten worden gepland. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats en zorgt dat werkzaamheden volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je stemt dagelijks af met onderaannemers, bouwpartners en andere betrokken partijen en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering. Daarbij signaleer je als Uitvoerder Renovatie knelpunten en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Ook controleer je de maatvoering, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden en leg je afspraken en bijzonderheden vast. Een achtergrond als Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw is ook passend, omdat een deel van het project gericht is op gevelwerkzaamheden. Afhankelijk van je ervaring is een functie als Assistent Uitvoerder eveneens mogelijk. Jouw werkzaamheden - Aansturen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van het renovatieproject; - Coördineren van onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere bouwpartners; - Controleren van de uitvoering, maatvoering en kwaliteit van bouwkundige werkzaamheden; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de renovatie; - Toezien op een goede uitvoering van renovatie- en gevelwerkzaamheden; - Bijhouden van de bouwadministratie en rapporteren over de voortgang; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden rondom de tijdelijke ve.
