De organisatie realiseert complete interieur- en bouwoplossingen voor aansprekende opdrachtgevers binnen de zakelijke markt. Denk aan de inrichting van kantoren, hotels, winkels, restaurants en zorginstellingen, waarbij vaak wordt gewerkt in bestaande gebouwen die tijdens de werkzaamheden deels in gebruik blijven. Door de integrale aanpak werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, leveranciers en gespecialiseerde partners. De organisatie kent een informele cultuur met korte lijnen, veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen. Functie inhoud Als Uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van één of meerdere projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vakmensen, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je bewaakt de voortgang, controleert de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt ervoor dat materialen en materieel op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Samen met de projectleider en werkvoorbereider stem je de planning af en anticipeer je op eventuele knelpunten voordat deze impact hebben op het project. De projecten waaraan je werkt zijn zeer uiteenlopend. De ene keer begeleid je de complete renovatie van een modern kantoorpand, de andere keer realiseer je de verbouwing van een hotel, restaurant, winkel of zorginstelling. Omdat veel projecten plaatsvinden in gebouwen die gewoon in gebruik zijn, zijn goede communicatie, flexibiliteit en een strakke organisatie essentieel. Je bent regelmatig op locatie aanwezig, onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en bouwpartners en zorgt ervoor dat iedere fase van het project voldoet aan de afgesproken kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid.
