Jouw rol Als Uitvoerder Restauratie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de succesvolle uitvoering van restauratieprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze unieke werken met de hoogste kwaliteit en aandacht voor detail gerealiseerd worden. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, planning en uitvoering van projecten, waarbij je de samenwerking met vaklieden en onderaannemers coördineert. Met jouw expertise en leiderschap maak je het verschil op de bouwplaats en draag je bij aan het behoud van onze geschiedenis. Wat ga je doen? - Realiseren van restauratieprojecten - Inrichten van een efficiënte bouwplaatsorganisatie - Betrokken bij projectvoorbereiding: organisatie, planning, en Arbo-vereisten - Aansturen van vaklieden en onderaannemers - Toezicht houden op dagelijkse werkzaamheden en voortgang - Signaleren van afwijkingen en risico's; corrigerende maatregelen nemen - Bewaken van voortgang en planning - Communiceren met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers Vereisten Wie wij zoeken - MBO-4 Bouwkunde of door vergelijkbare werkervaring - 3+ jaar ervaring als Uitvoerder - Ervaring in restauratie is mooi meegenomen - Competenties leidinggevenproces, planning, organisatie en communicatie - VCA Vol Wat wij bieden Werken aan mooie en uitdagende projecten Je krijgt bij ons de kans om mee te werken aan oude gebouwen en mooie monumenten.
