Uitvoerder tegelwerken bouw en koperskeuzen Dienstverband: full time ma. t/m vrij.,, start zsm Vereisten: - Opleiding MBO-bouw. - Minimaal 5 jr. ervaring in vergelijkbare functie (> 20 FTE). - Kennis & ervaring in tegelwerken strekt tot aanbeveling. - Vaardig in moderne ict en software (Office 365). - Hands on mentaliteit & consequent rapporterend. - Dienstbare teambuilder. Functie-omschrijving: - De kandidaat bezoekt dagelijks onze werken en ziet er primair op toe, dat onze werkvoorbereiding en planning (uren, materialen en kosten) efficiënt worden omgezet. - De kandidaat houdt nauwgezet voeling met onze tegelzetters/ handlangers en inhuurkrachten maar ook met uitvoerders van onze opdrachtgevers. - De kandidaat is in goede samenspraak met onze opdrachtgevers ook verantwoordelijk voor de opname, planning en snelle verwerking van services als ook meerwerken. - De kandidaat zal dagelijks via standaard formats rapporteren aan onze hoofduitvoerder/ directie en zo nodig bijstelling werkvoorbereiding/ planning & logistiek adviseren. - De kandidaat is in de nabije toekomst ook verantwoordelijk voor de introductie en begeleiding van werkrapportages door onze tegelzetters door middel van tablets en bijbehorende formats. - De kandidaat is een teamplayer pur sang, mensen mens als het gaat om werksfeer en souplesse, maar ook strikt in bijsturing en zo nodig ook grenzen stellend aan opdrachtgevers. Salarisniveau: Marktconform en in onderling overleg naar ervaringsniveau en toets te bepalen.
