Hierdoor is elk project weer een nieuwe uitdaging. Van een verbouwing tot appartementencomplex tot een luxe villa. Onze Uitvoerder/Voorman is de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgever, collega's en onderaannemers. Ze zijn verantwoordelijk voor het bouwproces op de locatie en werken mee waar het kan! Je werkt dan ook altijd samen met een collega timmerman. Zonder jullie kan het project niet tot een eindresultaat worden gebracht. Ben jij iemand die graag regelt en organiseert, maar tegelijkertijd ook graag de hamer in de hand heeft? Wij zijn op zoek naar een sterke en betrouwbare Uitvoerder/Voorman. UITVOERDER / VOORMAN- VILLABOUW Waarom werken bij H&B bouw? - Wij realiseren unieke villa's, op maat gemaakt aan de hand van de wensen van de klant - Villabouw voornamelijk in het hogere segment - De klant staat centraal, wij zorgen dat de wensen van de klant wordt gerealiseerd - Werken in een hecht team met vaste onderaannemers Wat ga je doen? - Schakelen tussen de wensen van de klant en de projectleider - Het inplannen van werkzaamheden - Inrichten van werklocaties - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgever, leidinggevende, onderaannemers en collega's over uit te voeren werkzaamheden en bijzonderheden. - Verzorgen van administratie, controleren en verwerken van urenverantwoording, (werk)bonnen van onderaannemers en overige documenten - Bewaken van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden, toezien op kwaliteit en kwantiteit van het werk. - De hamer ter hand nemen als er gelegenheid voor is. - Als Senior Uitvoerder ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats.
