Functieomschrijving Als Uitvoerder Woningbouw ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van meerdere projecten in de woningbouw en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met onderaannemers, leveranciers en je eigen team om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project succesvol wordt opgeleverd. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de projectleider en rapporteer je over de voortgang. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt.
