Als Uitvoerend Projectmanager Equestrian ben jij de spilfiguur die deze visie tot leven brengt – van het coördineren van bouwprojecten in de hippische sector, tot het nauw samenwerken met klanten, architecten en onderaannemers om elk project tot in de puntjes af te leveren, van het opstellen en bewaken van planningen en budgetten, tot het dagelijks aansturen van de werf en het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leidt hippische bouwprojecten van A tot Z
  • Je staat in voor het volledige projectbeheer: van projectadministratie naar projectvoorbereiding, tot met de uitvoering en oplevering
  • In de voorbereidende fase werk je samen met de projectvoorbereider aan de plannen
  • Samen met de projectvoorbereider, calculator en ondersteunende diensten zorg je voor een stipte planning en een correct rendement
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, planningen, veiligheid en kwaliteit gedurende het hele traject
  • Je stuurt de werf aan en zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Je coördineert het overleg en de werfvergaderingen met de montageploegen, architect, klant, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Je volgt de vorderingen continu op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en leveranciers
  • Je draagt klantentevredenheid hoog in het vaandel
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het hoofd Uitvoering
  • Een stevige ervaring in projectopvolging binnen de bouwsector
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent
  • Meertaligheid Frans, Engels is een noodzaak
  • Affiniteit met de hippische wereld is een plus, nieuwsgierig naar de sector is een must
