Vacature nr. 10428 Unitmanager Advies & Leefomgeving Geef jij richting aan professionals én bouw je mee aan de positie van OZHZ als integrale adviespartner? We ondersteunen gemeenten en de provincie met vergunningverlening, toezicht, handhaving en specialistische advisering. Binnen de unit (Omgevingskwaliteit B) werken professionals aan complexe vraagstukken rond de fysieke leefomgeving en aan de verdere ontwikkeling van OZHZ als integrale kennis- en adviespartner. Maatschappelijke opgaven rond woningbouw, duurzaamheid, gezondheid en de fysieke leefomgeving vragen steeds vaker om vroegtijdige en integrale advisering. Als Unitmanager Advies & Leefomgeving geef je leiding aan specialistische professionals en ontwikkel je de unit verder tot een zichtbare, proactieve en betrouwbare partner voor gemeenten, de provincie en regionale samenwerkingsorganisaties. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met organisatieontwikkeling, bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en integrale bedrijfsvoering. Je neemt een bestaande managementfunctie over, maar krijgt nadrukkelijk ook een ontwikkelopgave: expertise beter verbinden, relaties versterken en zorgen dat OZHZ eerder aan tafel komt bij ruimtelijke en maatschappelijke ontwikkeling. Je bent integraal verantwoordelijk voor mensen, capaciteit, financiën, kwaliteit, continuïteit en resultaten. Tegelijkertijd geef je samen met de andere unitmanagers en de directie richting aan de ontwikkeling van OZHZ als geheel. Je coacht zelforganiserende teams, stimuleert eigenaarschap en geeft ruimte waar het kan. Wanneer samenwerking, kwaliteit of resultaat onder druk staan, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en stuur je bij. Je helpt professionals om disciplines en belangen te verbinden tot één bruikbaar advies. Je brengt focus aan, maakt keuzes en vertaalt maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke ontwikkelingen naar prioriteiten voor de unit. Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt relaties met gemeenten, provincie, bestuurders en regionale...
