Wij zoeken een uroloog! Per 1 oktober, 6 maanden, 0,6 - 0,8 fte, met mogelijke zicht op een vaste plek. Een allround uroloog, ruimte om eigen expertise mee te nemen. Ons ziekenhuis In het Beatrixziekenhuis wordt de charme van een streekziekenhuis gecombineerd met de kracht van kwaliteit door de korte lijnen met een breed aanbod aan specialismen, up to date voorzieningen op de operatiekamers en polikliniek. Het ziekenhuis is onderdeel van de ketenorganisatie Rivas Zorggroep waardoor de route naar meerdere verpleeghuizen, revalidatie-locaties en thuiszorg een garantie is voor hoogwaardige medisch specialistische zorg op de juiste plek, op het juiste moment. De vakgroep Onze vakgroep bestaat uit urologen Jaap Nieuwenhuijs, Elke Bovelander, Madelon van der Aa en wordt op het moment versterkt door 2 waarnemers, 2 basisartsen urologie en de verpleegkundig specialist in opleiding. Met elkaar, in de bloeiende dynamiek van een groeiende maatschap in ons fijne streekziekenhuis wordt de volle breedte van de urologie gezien en genoten. Het poliklinisch, klinisch verpleegkundig en ondersteunend team werkt met liefde, passie en plezier. Twee continentie- en twee oncologieverpleegkundigen bieden specialistische zorg. Operatief ligt ons aandachtsgebied bij de endoscopische- en functionele urologie; steenchirurgie van URS tot en met (mini-)PNL en we zijn een verwijskliniek voor laser-enucleatie van prostaten tot 250 cc (Thulep, Thuvarp sinds 2012). Onze operatiekamers zijn uitstekend geoutilleerd en we hebben de beschikking over actueel chirurgisch instrumentarium. De Robot geassisteerde nieroperaties worden verricht door onze eigen vakgroep op locatie. Poliklinisch bieden we onze patiënten de urologische zorg in zijn volle breedte; sedatiespreekuren, kleine ingrepen in dagbehandeling, functionele urologie voor volwassenen op de Blaaspoli, waarbij we samenwerken met gynaecologen, chirurgen, MDL-artsen, neurologen, bekkenfysioth...
