Je bedenkt de oplossing, je werkt hem uit tot in het detail, en daarna bouw je hem. Zelf, in SiteSpect of in de codebase, afhankelijk van de complexiteit. Wij zoeken een ervaren UX-designer die zelf bouwt. Iemand die het klantprobleem eerst wil begrijpen voordat er een schets op tafel komt, en die daarna niet stopt bij die schets. Onze klanten zoeken een hoesje voor een device dat ze zelf niet altijd goed kunnen benoemen, in twaalf talen, tussen duizenden varianten. Daar valt veel te winnen in de kleine dingen: een filter dat het verkeerde belooft, een keuzehulp die te laat komt, een productpagina die niet vertelt of het past. Jij lost dat op. Niet met een mening, maar met een uitgewerkt ontwerp dat je kunt onderbouwen. Deze rol is breed, en dat is bewust. Twee collega's, onze Customer Journey Specialisten, bezitten elk een stuk van de klantreis: vindbaarheid en compatibiliteit, en cross-sell en basketwaarde. Jouw werk raakt beide, maar het houdt daar niet op. Je ontwerpt schaalbare oplossingen in plaats van losse pagina's, je brengt de UX-automatiseringen die nu los van elkaar ontstaan samen tot één werkwijze, en je bepaalt mede welke kant ons vak hier op gaat.
