Je komt terecht in het Change Team Nieuwe Klanten, een multidisciplinair team dat werkt aan de toekomst van onze klantreis. Hier krijg je de ruimte om zichtbaar impact te maken op producten, processen en dienstverlening. Wat je gaat doen Als UX Designer ben jij de stem van de gebruiker binnen onze veranderinitiatieven. Je onderzoekt klantbehoeften, valideert aannames en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete ontwerpen en verbeteringen. Je bent zowel bezig met onderzoek als met ontwerp en voelt je thuis op het snijvlak van klant, business en technologie. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Delen van kwalitatief en kwantitatief gebruikersonderzoek uitvoeren, waaronder usabilitytests, zodat we problemen omdraaien in gevalideerde oploss...
