De dienst geeft burgers op een veilige manier inzicht in openstaande rekeningen en betalingsachterstanden bij verschillende overheidsorganisaties, zoals de Belastingdienst, DUO en het CAK. Bij de ontwikkeling staat de burger centraal. Er wordt gewerkt volgens het principe 'data bij de bron' : er wordt geen centrale database gebouwd, maar gegevens worden rechtstreeks bij de betreffende overheidsorganisatie opgehaald en aan de burger beschikbaar gesteld. Hiermee sluit Mijn Betaaloverzicht aan bij de ontwikkeling richting meer regie op gegevens en dataminimalisatie. Het project valt onder het programma Clustering Rijksincasso (CRI), onder verantwoordelijkheid van het CJIB. Het fundament van Mijn Betaaloverzicht staat inmiddels en de MVP is grotendeels gebouwd. De komende periode staat in het teken van het intensief testen en doorontwikkelen van de MVP in de praktijk, met echte gegevens. Daarnaast worden nieuwe handelingsperspectieven toegevoegd, zoals direct betalen en het treffen van betalingsregelingen. Voor deze volgende fase zoekt het productteam een ervaren UX Designer die strategisch denken combineert met praktisch ontwerpwerk . Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen beleid, uitvoering en de leefwereld van burgers. Daarbij ben je zowel betrokken bij de productvisie op hoofdlijnen als bij de concrete digitale interfaces. Als UX Designer ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Strategisch meedenken en prioriteren: je adviseert het team proactief over de prioritering van features en verbeteringen op de backlog.
