Wat zou je ervan denken om mee te werken aan de beste banking app ter wereld? En dagelijks te ontwerpen voor meer dan 2,2 miljoen gebruikers? Bij KBC heb je die kans.

Je zet de klant centraal, bedenkt oplossingen voor de totale levenscyclus van de klantnoden en maakt die oplossingen zo toegankelijk mogelijk. Vanuit een stevige ervaring met user research breng jij ons samen met de klant dichter bij de klant. Als de klant niet betrokken is, dan is het geen UX hé?

Jobomschrijving

  • Samen met projectteams werk je doeltreffende oplossingen uit die doen wat de klant verwacht en een uitstekende gebruikersbeleving bieden. Die oplossingen vertaal je visueel naar al onze digitale touchpoints.
  • Je toetst je ontwerpen af en verbetert ze in interactie met eindgebruikers. Je bestudeert en analyseert gebruikersdata als input voor verbeteringen.
  • Je onderbouwt je designs met kwalitatief en kwantitatief onderzoek – je blinkt uit in beide.
  • Dankzij jou is er consistentie binnen en tussen onze kanalen: reeds vastgelegde elementen, gedragingen en interacties volg je op of stuur je bij. Documenteren en motiveren hoort hierbij.
  • Op termijn verdiep je je in één van de financiële behoeftedomeinen van KBC en bouwt daarin een specifieke expertise op.
  • Je volgt evoluties en trends op het vlak van UX, denk aan belevingen of navigatiepatronen.
  • Je draagt het belang van experience design mee uit binnen de organisatie en streeft ernaar om de beleving in onze kanalen te verhogen.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma en meer dan drie jaar ervaring binnen User Experience Design.
  • Werk je vlot met de design en prototyping tool Figma
  • Je weet perfect hoe je in interactie met projectteams, UI Designers en developers tot goede oplossingen komt. Denk aan workshoptechnieken, opmaak interaction/navigation flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI specification, design briefing, aanvulling pattern library en functional testing.
  • Net zoals je collega’s hou je ervan om in team te werken en samen met anderen doordachte, onderbouwde keuzes te maken.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je toont sterke interesse in digitale touchpoints (mobile apps, websites, social media, eCommerce), de evolutie van technologie en het gebruik ervan (responsiveness, OS-specifieke patronen).
