Van een eerste prijsberekening tot een goede voorbereiding: jij legt de basis voor onze projecten.

Bij AC Borst Bouw werken we aan de renovatie, het onderhoud en de verduurzaming van bestaand vastgoed in Noord-Holland. Dat doen we voor woningcorporaties en andere professionele opdrachtgevers. We geloven in vakmanschap, duidelijke afspraken en een goede samenwerking. Zo zorgen we samen voor projecten waar opdrachtgevers, bewoners én collega's op kunnen rekenen.

Als Calculator Werkvoorbereider Bouw ben je betrokken vanaf de eerste aanvraag. Je stelt kostprijsberekeningen en begrotingen op, denkt mee over slimme oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid van start gaan. Zo leg je de basis voor een succesvolle uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen? - Je combineert calculatie en werkvoorbereiding en werkt nauw samen met collega's, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen, begrotingen en offertes. - Het beoordelen van offerteaanvragen en signaleren van slimme, kostenefficiënte oplossingen. - Het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het opstellen van werkbegrotingen, inkoopoverzichten en kwaliteitsplannen. - Het beheren van tekeningen en voorbereiden van de uitvoering. - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. - Het overdragen van projecten aan de uitvoerder en bewaken van de financiële voortgang.
