Flextra Interim is op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven commercieel verantwoordelijke voor de buitendienst. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand, het onderhouden van bestaande klantenrelaties en het binnenhalen van nieuwe vacatures.

Je bent een echte commerciële hunter die zelfstandig de baan op gaat, kansen herkent en bedrijven overtuigt van de meerwaarde van Flextra Interim.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten aanbrengen via koude prospectie en bedrijfsbezoeken.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen.
  • Nieuwe vacatures binnenhalen en commerciële opportuniteiten benutten.
  • Bedrijven overtuigen van onze dienstverlening en langdurige samenwerkingen opbouwen.
  • Zelfstandig jouw regio beheren en bijdragen aan de groei van Flextra Interim.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de binnendienst voor een vlotte opvolging van klanten en vacatures.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie.
  • Ervaring binnen de interim- of uitzendsector is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring als regiomanager, branchmanager of accountmanager is een pluspunt.
  • Koude prospectie schrikt je niet af; je stapt gemakkelijk op nieuwe klanten af.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, ondernemend, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet commerciële opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete samenwerkingen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
