Adviseur STEM onderwijs - Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast WisMon bèta onderwijsinstituut In het kort Wil je scholen begeleiden bij hun ontwikkelvraag rond STEM, en samen met docententeams werken aan een gezamenlijke aanpak die leidt tot duurzaam en betekenisvol onderwijs in de praktijk? Werk je graag met teams aan het in praktijk brengen van duurzame STEM-leerlijnen, gedragen door teams en verankerd in beleid en curriculum? Dan is dit de rol voor jou. Bij WisMon werk je als vakinhoudelijke peer én veranderkundige begeleider aan sterker STEM-onderwijs. Je ondersteunt scholen bij het verbinden van STEM en helpt teams om samen onderwijs te ontwikkelen dat samenhangend, contextrijk en uitvoerbaar is. Daarbij werk je altijd vanuit de dagelijkse praktijk van docenten en met oog voor duurzame borging. Met dit team ga je samenwerken · De teamleider van het onderwijsbureau · Adviseurs en onderwijsontwikkelaars binnen rekenen & wiskunde, digitale geletterdheid en STEM · Docenten, vaksecties, kernteams en schoolleiders van scholen in heel Nederland Functieomschrijving Je werkt 24-32 uur per week voor WisMon en bent regelmatig op middelbare scholen te vinden. Daar werk je samen met docenten, kernteams en schoolleiding aan het structureel versterken van STEM-onderwijs, steeds vertrekkend vanuit de ontwikkelvraag van de school. Je draagt bij aan bredere STEM-trajecten, waarin scholen bouwen aan doorlopende leerlijnen, projectmatig en onderzoekend leren en vakoverstijgende samenwerking. Je helpt teams hun ambities scherp te formuleren, keuzes te maken in aanpak en leerprogramma's en deze te vertalen naar haalbare stappen in de onderwijspraktijk. Je begeleidt docententeams bij het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en borgen van afspraken en onderwijsontwerpen.
