Deze corporatie zet zich in voor betaalbare, goede en energiezuinigere woningen voor mensen met een beperkt inkomen of in een kwetsbare positie. Heb jij uitgebreide ervaring op het gebied van planmatig en groot onderhoud? We zijn op zoek naar een Vastgoedbeheerder in voor een woningcorporatie in Breda. Jouw nieuwe baan: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het (mede) opstellen en uitvoeren van het onderhoudsbeleid. - Je beheert de afspraken die zijn opgenomen in onderhoudscontracten. Je signaleert en onderneemt actie als de afspraken niet worden opgevolgd en je adviseert de projectleiders over de voortgang. - Je zorgt voor de tijdige communicatie richting bewoners in relatie tot de uitvoering van het werk. Is daartoe ook aanspreekpunt namens de corporatie voor huurders en omwonenden. - Je overlegt met opdrachtnemers en collega's over de voortgang en begroting van de (planmatig) onderhoudsprojecten - Je voert conditiemetingen volgens de NEN 2767. Wij vragen: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, met een MBO opleiding richting bouwkunde. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante (bouwkundige) ervaring. - Ervaring met technisch beheer, planmatig- en projectmatig onderhoud. Dit ben jij: - Je bent een teamspeler kwaliteitsgerichtheid, resultaatgerichtheid. - Je bent ervaren in het uitvoeren probleemanalyses en voortgangsbewaking. - Je hebt de technische en administratieve kant van het onderhoud volledig in de vingers.
