Functieomschrijving Samen met collega's zorg je voor een hoog serviceniveau richting huurders en draag je actief bij aan het optimaliseren van de vastgoedportefeuille. Verantwoordelijkheden - Verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële verhuur van de vastgoedportefeuille - Optimaliseren van huuropbrengsten en beperken van leegstand - Verlengen van huurovereenkomsten - Verbeteren van commerciële huurvoorwaarden - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk van huurders - Onderhouden en versterken van relaties met huurders - Onderhouden van contacten met makelaars - Voeren van huuronderhandelingen voor nieuwe en bestaande huurovereenkomsten - Begeleiden van markthuurprijsherzieningen en relevante juridische procedures - Opstellen en vastleggen van commerciële afspraken in huurovereenkomsten en allonges - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders op commercieel gebied - Afstemmen met de backoffice en technisch manager bij huurdersvraagstukken - Bijdragen aan een hoog serviceniveau richting huurders Profiel Je bent ee...
