Wat je bij ons doet

Als Veiligheidscoördinator B ben je de spilfiguur in de dagelijkse werking van Realed by Studibo.

Jouw takenpakket :

  • Je neemt de rol op van veiligheidsexpert op bouwprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen veilig kan werken;
  • Je denkt actief mee na over risico’s en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en werkbare oplossingen;
  • Je stelt veiligheids- en gezondheidsplannen op en zorgt ervoor dat ze ook écht leven op de werf;
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op werven en gaat in dialoog met aannemers, architecten en bouwheren;
  • Je leidt veiligheidsmomenten en werfbesprekingen en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen alle partijen;
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en grijpt in waar nodig want veiligheid is voor jou geen formaliteit;
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging, waaronder het postinterventiedossier;
  • Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en professionaliteit van projecten binnen Realed by Studibo.

Het is een functie waar technisch inzicht, wetgeving en veiligheidsnormen samenkomen. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oplossingsgericht denken verlopen onze projecten vlot en blijven onze klanten tevreden.

Je rapporteert aan de Bestuurder.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die plezier haalt uit het zichtbaar verbeteren van veiligheid op werven en het voorkomen van risico’s.

Jouw profiel :

  • Je hebt een achtergrond in de bouw en bent in het bezit van een attest Veiligheidscoördinator niveau B;
  • Je voelt je thuis op werven en hebt een goed inzicht in hoe bouwprojecten verlopen;
  • Je bent iemand die veiligheid écht belangrijk vindt en dit ook durft uitspreken;
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen mee te krijgen in jouw verhaal;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt;
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig en je bent ook een echte teamspeler;
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan om zaken praktisch aan te pakken;
  • Je bent op zoek naar een rol waar je impact hebt en zichtbaar verschil kan maken.
