Functieomschrijving Als veiligheidskundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van het veiligheidsbeleid binnen een productieomgeving in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Je opereert zowel strategisch als operationeel en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Veiligheid is voor jou geen papieren werkelijkheid, maar iets dat dagelijks leeft binnen de organisatie. Je komt te werken bij een productiebedrijf in Noord-Groningen, waar continu wordt gewerkt aan verbetering, professionalisering en groei. De uitdaging zit in het creëren van draagvlak voor veiligheid op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie. Functie-eisen - MVK of HVK met HBO werk en- denkniveau - Minimaal 3-6 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Ervaring binnen een productie- of voedingsmiddelenomgeving is een pré; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht; - Ervaring met veiligheidsmanagementsystemen; - Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding; - In staat om complexe wet- en regelgeving om te zetten naar praktisch beleid. Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt te werken bij een middelgrote productieorganisatie in Noord-Groningen, actief binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een grotere (inter)nationale groep en bevindt zich in een fase van groei en verdere professionalisering. De cultuur is nuchter, praktisch en resultaatgericht, met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
