Heb jij ervaring met veiligheidstoezicht op de bouwplaats en ben je toe aan een rol waarin je contractors begeleidt en stimuleert om veilig te werken? Als veiligheidskundige ben je de dagelijkse vertegenwoordiger van de opdrachtgever op de bouwplaatsen in Midden-Zeeland. Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van veiligheidsafspraken en stimuleert een positieve veiligheidscultuur. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van werkplekbezoeken en veiligheidsrondes op diverse projectlocaties; - Observeren van werkzaamheden en het signaleren van risico's, onveilige situaties en afwijkingen; - Toetsen of veiligheidsprocedures en V&G-maatregelen correct worden toegepast; - Op een coachende en respectvolle wijze in gesprek gaan met aannemers en medewerkers over veilig werken; - Deelname aan projectvergaderingen, toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsbesprekingen; - Registreren van observaties en incidenten en rapportage aan de projectleider en manager V&G; - Bijdragen aan het bevorderen van een positieve en duurzame veiligheidscultuur. Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde opleiding Operationele Veiligheidskundige (OVK), Middelbare Veiligheidskunde (MVK) of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als veiligheidskundige, bij voorkeur binnen infrastructurele projecten, civiele techniek of GWW; - Ervaring met toezichthouden op aannemers en veiligheid binnen ondergrondse infra; - Goede kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving zoals de Arbowet en VCA-richtlijnen; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende houding; - Zelfstandig en objectief, ook onder druk.
