Voor dit grote project zoeken we een Veiligheidskundige; jouw rol staat hierin centraal en vormt een belangrijk deel van jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Met jouw kennis, ervaring en enthousiasme zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid vanaf de start tot aan de oplevering de aandacht krijgt die het verdient. Je begeleidt en coacht uitvoerende medewerkers en projectteams op het gebied van veiligheid en arbeidsomstandigheden. Ook breng je risico's vroeg in beeld, vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk en zorg je dat verbetermaatregelen daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. - Projectteams adviseren over veiligheid, kwaliteit en arbeidsomstandigheden - RI&E's uitvoeren en TRA's en werkvergunningen beoordelen - Incidenten, ongevallen en bijna-ongevallen onderzoeken - Toolboxmeetings en veiligheidstrainingen op locatie verzorgen - Opvolging, audits en naleving van wet- en regelgeving bewaken Functie-eisen Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in QHSE, KAM of veiligheid binnen de bouw of civiele techniek en weet hoe je mensen meeneemt zonder de inhoud uit het oog te verliezen. Jij werkt nauwkeurig, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en schakelt soepel tussen werkvloer en projectleiding. - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in QHSE, KAM of veiligheidskundige werkzaamheden - Afgeronde opleiding MVB of vergelijkbaar niveau in veiligheid/kwaliteit - Kennis van RI&E, TRA, werkvergunningen en incidentonderzoek - Vaardig in het geven van advies, training en coaching op ...
