Deze groeiende KMO is een gevestigde speler in de energiesector. Met verschillende divisies bieden ze technische oplossingen die inspelen op de energietransitie. Ze combineren jarenlange expertise met een duidelijke blik op de toekomst.

De groep zit in volle groei. Om die groei in goede banen te leiden, zoeken ze een Verantwoordelijke Boekhouding die de volledige boekhouding in handen neemt.

Jouw functie als Verantwoordelijke boekhouding Je wordt de financiële spil van de onderneming. Je beheert de volledige boekhouding, inclusief de vastgoedvennootschappen, tot en met de jaarafsluiting. Daarbij volg je ook de intercompany-stromen op. Je verzorgt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en helpt een financieel rapporteringssysteem op te zetten.

Je bewaakt de cashflow, maakt liquiditeitsplanningen en neemt het debiteurenbeheer op. Je denkt actief mee over budgetten, marges en rendabiliteit per activiteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de fiscaliteit: btw-aangiftes, intracommunautaire opgave, klantenlisting en fiscale opvolging. In het nieuwe ERP-pakket optimaliseer je de financiële processen, zodat de boekhouding meegroeit met de groep.

Voor banken, de revisor en andere externe partners ben jij het aanspreekpunt, en je bereidt de revisorcontrole voor. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega account, die je begeleidt en ondersteunt.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en bent zijn financiële sparringpartner. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om de financiële werking naar eigen inzicht te organiseren: hier neem je echt het heft in handen.

  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in boekhouden, accountancy of finance aangevuld met een aantal jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de Belgische fiscaliteit en volgt wijzigingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief. Afwachten is niets voor jou.
  • Je gaat steeds nauwkeurig te werk met oog voor detail, ook in piekmomenten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en trekt je goed uit de slag in het Frans en Engels.
  • Kennis van Odoo is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
