Lootens is een vooruitstrevend familiebedrijf met vestigingen in Deinze, Nazareth-De Pinte, Turnhout en Breda (NL). Al jarenlang zijn wij gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren en plaatsen van ramen en deuren in staal en aluminium. Als marktleider hebben we zowel nationaal als internationaal uitzonderlijke referenties opgebouwd, zoals het nieuwe gebouw van de Europese Unie, de Boekentoren, het Gerechtsgebouw en de Stadshal in Gent en het Afrika Museum.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een Verantwoordelijke Calculatie die het calculatieteam aanstuurt en mee vorm geeft aan een professionele en toekomstgerichte offertewerking.

Jouw rol

Als Verantwoordelijke Calculatie neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor het calculatieproces binnen de divisies staal en aluminium. Je zorgt ervoor dat prijsaanvragen worden vertaald naar technisch onderbouwde en commercieel sterke offertes.

Je stuurt het calculatieteam (4 personen) aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de offertes en werkt nauw samen met verkoop, projectleiding, aankoop en productie. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van processen, tools en kostprijsmodellen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische en analytische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt ervaring met calculatie binnen bouw, metaal of projectmatige productie.
  • Je combineert cijfermatig inzicht met commercieel inzicht.
  • Je bent zeer sterk in Excel en verwerkt gegevens snel, nauwkeurig en efficiënt.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach die mensen weet te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Je denkt procesmatig en ziet opportuniteiten om efficiënter te werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als interne stakeholders.
