The posting

Je werkt mee aan de boekhouding van het ziekenhuis. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor debiteurenbeheer. Meer specifiek sta je samen met een klein team in voor de opvolging van niet-betaalde facturen, zowel door patiënten, mutualiteiten als verzekeringsinstellingen.

Concrete taken:

  • Aansturen van een klein team medewerkers die aan jou rapporteren.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande patiëntfacturen, dossiers bij advocaat/deurwaarder en afbetalingsplannen.
  • Meedenken over verbeterdomeinen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden en de boekhouding in het algemeen.
  • Bank- en kasverrichtingen rapporteren.
  • Assisteren bij en opstellen jaarrekening en rapportering aan NBB
  • Coördinatie met diverse diensten
  • Voorbereiden audit commissaris - bedrijfsrevisor
  • Boekhoudkundig doe je de verrichtingen m.b.t. dubieuze debiteuren en kredieten, waar nodig bijgestaan door de hoofdboekhouder of andere collega’s van de boekhouding.
  • Bachelor of Master in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, kennis ziekenhuisboekhouding of bereidheid zich hierin te verdiepen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het boekhoudprogramma SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van MS office pakketten, vnl Excel is een must.
  • Je bent niet bang om mensen aan te sturen op een zachte, constructieve en correcte manier.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en de prioriteiten ook al komt er veel data/info op je af.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, zowel in contacten met leveranciers als bij het meedenken bij projecten om de werking van het ziekenhuis te verbeteren.
