Voor een groeiende productieonderneming actief in de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke Inpak.

In deze functie zorg je samen met je collega's voor een vlot draaiende inpakafdeling. Je combineert operationeel werk met technisch inzicht en de dagelijkse aansturing van het inpakteam.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlotte verloop van de inpakactiviteiten.
  • Je start de inpakafdeling zelfstandig op.
  • Bij productwissels bouw je de inpakmachines om waar nodig.
  • Je stelt verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden en printers correct in.
  • Je volgt de werking van de machines op en lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het nodige verpakkingsmateriaal tijdig beschikbaar is aan de verschillende inpakposten.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de werkverdeling binnen de inpakafdeling.
  • Je stuurt en coacht de medewerkers van het inpakteam.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede opvang en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte naleving van de hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een basis technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent in staat om kleine technische problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en denkt vooruit.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht over de werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige communicatieve vaardigheden om collega's aan te sturen en te coachen.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie binnen de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
