  • Je beheert en volgt dossiers op van goedgekeurde offerte tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering.
  • Je stelt de installatieplanning op, stuurt de installatieploegen aan en zorgt dat alle materialen en onderdelen tijdig besteld zijn.
  • Daarnaast fungeer je als hét centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, installateurs en interne teams.
  • Ook na de installatie sta jij paraat om technische of praktische vragen op te lossen en waak je over de kwaliteit, timing en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je fungeert als technisch expert voor onze klanten: je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken over rendement, hydraulische inregeling of de werking van koelcycli naar begrijpelijk advies en helpt hen de instellingen van hun warmtepomp of airco te optimaliseren.
  • Om ons team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een organisatorisch talent met een gezonde dosis technische affiniteit.
  • Je werkt uiterst gestructureerd en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht, ook wanneer er verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd lopen. Je bent een sterke communicator die vlot en professioneel schakelt tussen klanten en collega's.
  • Heb je ervaring in planning, werfcoördinatie of naverkoop (liefst in HVAC, hernieuwbare energie of bouw)?
  • Schrik je niet terug van verantwoordelijkheid en kan je goed zelfstandig werken?
  • Ben je praktisch ingesteld en denk je altijd in oplossingen?
  • Heb je sterk uitgebouwde technische kennis van warmtepompen en airco's?
