Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in de bewerking van kunststofplaten, zijn we op zoek naar een productieverantwoordelijke

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je houdt de dagelijkse productieplanning strak in de hand
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers en haalt het beste in hen naar boven
  • Je springt bij met technische ondersteuning en houdt een oogje in het zeil qua kwaliteit
  • Je ziet kansen tot verbetering en zet die om in concrete acties en projecten
  • Je houdt cijfers en resultaten bij en praat de directie bij in klare mensentaal
  • Loopt er iets mis? Dan blijf jij rustig en los je het praktisch op

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
