Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse operationele werking aan en zorgt voor een vlotte productie
  • Je volgt de prestaties van de productielijnen op en zet KPI's om in concrete acties
  • Je detecteert verliezen, stilstanden en inefficiënties en pakt de oorzaken structureel aan
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan een cultuur van LEAN en continue verbeteren
  • Je neemt initiatief voor innovatie, automatisering en nieuwe, efficiëntere werkwijzen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de begeleiders op de werkvloer om operationele uitdagingen snel en duurzaam aan te pakken
  • Je staat in voor de planning van een productiehal en bewaakt een optimale inzet van mensen, machines en middelen
  • Je volgt de reiniging en hygiëne van de productieomgeving nauwgezet op volgens de geldende normen binnen de voedingssector
  • Je coacht en motiveert medewerkers en stimuleert een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt samen met de technische dienst rond storingen, onderhoud en technische verbeteringen
  • Je begeleidt verandertrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe processen en werkwijzen ook echt op de werkvloer landen
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige, kwaliteitsgerichte en efficiënte productieomgeving
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de beschikbare IT-systemen optimaal ingezet worden ter ondersteuning van de productie
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een sterke troef
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet data en cijfers te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en neemt spontaan initiatief
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering
  • Je motiveert en coacht medewerkers en gelooft in samenwerking over afdelingen heen
  • Je bent integer en geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld
  • Je bent voldoende assertief om verbeteringen effectief door te voeren
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en bent graag zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Je denkt in processen en structurele oplossingen, niet alleen in het oplossen van incidenten
  • Je ziet opportuniteiten om groei, efficiëntie en rendement te verbeteren
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende processen en belangen samenkomen
  • Je voelt je goed in een organisatie waar samenwerking tussen verschillende teams centraal staat
