Verantwoordelijke Vlootbeheer transport en Chauffeursopleidingen

Voor de vestiging te Ninove zoeken wij een Technisch Vlootbeheerder die instaat voor een moderne vloot, goed opgeleide chauffeurs en een veilige, efficiënte operatie. Wij zijn een internationale transportonderneming met een moderne vloot en een sterke focus op veiligheid, duurzaamheid en professionaliteit.

Takenpakket

  • Je beheert de technische staat van de vloot trekkers en trailers, met inbegrip van coördinatie van keuringen, onderhoud, herstellingen en bandenbeheer.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij depannages en zorgt voor een snelle en efficiënte oplossing van technische problemen.
  • Je beheert schadegevallen: registratie, afhandeling en analyse van schadestatistieken.
  • Je staat in voor stock- en materiaalbeheer en waakt over een correcte voorraad van onderdelen en materialen.
  • Je werft nieuwe chauffeurs aan en begeleidt hun onboarding, inclusief intakegesprekken en rijtesten.
  • Je organiseert chauffeursopleidingen: theorie- en praktijktraining voor nieuwe chauffeurs, coaching, planning van code 95-lessen en analyse van de rijstijl.
  • Je beheert dagelijks het LNG-station: technische opvolging, herstellingen en resets.
  • Je volgt verbruiksstatistieken op en promoot ecodrive-technieken om het brandstofverbruik en de CO2-uitstoot te optimaliseren.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technisch inzicht in vrachtwagens, trailers en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende aanpak.
  • Je hebt ervaring met chauffeursbegeleiding en schadebeheer.
  • Kennis van TAS, Transics en NextDriver is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving.
