Voor onze klant, die actief is binnen projectsourcing, zijn we op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke warehouse- en stockbeheer.

Deze opdracht is er één van héél lange termijn.

Deze functie draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het warehouse- en stockbeheer over verschillende locaties. De sites bevinden zich binnen dezelfde regio, met een locatie in Noord-Frankrijk als verste werkplek.

Het overzicht over alle locaties staat centraal: voorraadbeheer, inventarisatie en logistieke processen worden efficiënt op elkaar afgestemd. Daarnaast worden de warehouse-teams ter plaatse aangestuurd, met aandacht voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende sites.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Instaan voor het warehouse- en stockbeheer over meerdere locaties.
  • Inventarisaties, logistieke activiteiten en voorraadbeheer coördineren.
  • De voorraad bewaken en zorgen voor een efficiënte organisatie van de magazijnen.
  • Leiding geven aan de warehouse-teams op de verschillende locaties.
  • Een goede communicatie en samenwerking tussen de verschillende sites verzekeren.
  • Toezien op de naleving van magazijnprocedures, werkafspraken en standaarden.
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren en initiatief nemen om processen verder te optimaliseren.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een ruime ervaring in warehouse- en stockbeheer
  • Ervaring in het aansturen of superviseren van teams
  • Flexibel ingesteld om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende sites in dezelfde regio, met Noord-Frankrijk als verste werkplek
  • Goede talenkennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de operationele omgeving waarin verschillende processen op elkaar moeten worden afgestemd
  • Sterke helicopterview
  • Proactief en denkt mee naar mogelijke oplossingen als er zich problemen voordoen
