- Verduurzaamheidsadviseur - 40 - 40 uur - € 4.000,- / € 5.500,- - Nijmegen Van een goed gesprek naar een goed verkocht én uitvoerbaar verduurzamingsproject. Jij bent technisch sterk, commercieel gedreven en krijgt energie van resultaat. Je gaat met klanten in gesprek, ontdekt waar de kansen liggen en weet precies hoe je die vertaalt naar een passend verduurzamingsadvies. Maar jouw werk stopt niet bij de handtekening. Jij blijft eigenaar van het traject en zorgt dat iedere opdracht technisch klopt en goed wordt overgedragen aan de uitvoering. Een functie voor iemand die graag adviseert, verkoopt én verantwoordelijkheid pakt. Functieomschrijving Als verduurzamingsadviseur ben jij de schakel tussen klant, commercie en uitvoering. Je brengt de wensen en situatie van de klant in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een passende, technisch haalbare verduurzamingsoplossing. Van het eerste adviesgesprek tot de overdracht richting uitvoering houd jij de regie. Je adviseert, maakt en volgt offertes op en zorgt dat ieder project goed voorbereid is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren & verkopen: je voert adviesgesprekken, vertaalt klantbehoeften naar oplossingen en zet leads om in opdrachten. - Technisch beoordelen: je analyseert de woning en beoordeelt de technische haalbaarheid van de gekozen oplossing. - Regie voeren: je beheert het klantdossier en zorgt dat alle informatie compleet is voor de uitvoering. - Samenwerken: je schakelt waar nodig met technische specialisten. - Resultaat & kwaliteit: je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het traject en stuurt op KPI's en commerciële resultaten. Je verkoopt dus niet alleen een oplossing; je blijft verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject van advies tot uitvoering.
