Vergunningverlener Aanleiding en doel In verband met een tijdelijke piek in werkzaamheden op het gebied van vergunningverlening is extra capaciteit nodig om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen en de bestaande werkvoorraad weg te werken. Je draagt bij aan het afhandelen van openstaande dossiers zodat reguliere aanvragen tijdig en zorgvuldig kunnen worden behandeld. Werkzaamheden - Zelfstandig beoordelen, toetsen en afhandelen van aanvragen voor omgevingsvergunningen en meldingen. - Begeleiden van initiatiefnemers gedurende het proces. - Bewaken van termijnen en procedures. - Afstemming met interne en externe stakeholders. - Op zelfstandig initiatief bestaande dossiers oppakken en wegwerken om de tijdelijke piek in de werkvoorraad op te vangen. Eisen aan de kandidaat Vereisten: - Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Aantoonbare ervaring met vergunningverlening op grond van de Omgevingswet. - Actuele kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en bouwregelgeving. - Ervaring met het zelfstandig behandelen en coördineren van vergunningaanvragen van A tot Z. - Ervaring met het bewaken van procedures en wettelijke termijnen. - Ervaring met Rx.Mission is een pré. - In staat om zelfstandig dossiers te beoordelen, prioriteren en af te handelen. - Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden. - Resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig. - Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden en in staat om af te stemmen met verschillende interne en externe partijen. - Snel inzetbaar en in staat om zich nieuwe werkprocessen en systemen zelfstandig eigen te maken. Periode en omvang Omvang: 32 uur per week. Duur: tijdelijke inzet; de daadwerkelijke duur is afhankelijk van de omvang en voortgang van de werkvoorraad en kan worden beëindigd zodra de piek is opgevangen en de dossiers zijn afgehandeld.
