Wordt onze nieuwe verhuismakelaar Ben jij representatief, ondernemend en servicegericht? Krijg jij energie van contact met mensen én het organiseren van een soepel verhuisproces? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Welke uitdaging hebben wij voor je? Wil jij mensen helpen bij een van de belangrijkste momenten in hun leven: het vinden van een fijn thuis? Als Verhuismakelaar zorg jij ervoor dat het verhuur- en verhuisproces soepel en klantgericht verloopt. Je begeleidt het volledige mutatieproces; van woningopnames en bezichtigingen tot afstemming met aannemers en de begeleiding van nieuwe huurders na oplevering. Daarbij houd je altijd oog voor kwaliteit, planning, budget én de wensen van de huurder. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, kansen te signaleren en mee te denken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. Daarnaast ben jij: - Het aanspreekpunt voor vertrekkende, woningzoekende en nieuwe huurders; - Voert woningopnames uit en maakt afspraken over oplevering en werkzaamheden; - Organiseert bezichtigingen en verzorgt de oplevering van woningen; - Verzorgt het verhuurproces en de huurovereenkomsten; - Begeleidt de nieuwe huurders bij technische vragen na oplevering; - Beoordeelt de technische staat van woningen en controleert woningwaarderingen en EPA-labels; - Stemt onderhoudswerkzaamheden af met aannemers en bewaakt kwaliteit, budgetten en KPI's; - Verwerkt administratie en correspondentie zorgvuldig in systemen; - Denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen verhuur en dienstverlening; - Signaleert sociale problematiek en schakelt met betrokken partners. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgerichte instelling en organisatietalent houd je overzicht en stel je de juiste prioriteiten.
