Deine Aufgaben: ¿

* Kalkulation, Planung & Projektausarbeitung

* Eigenständige Projektleitung und Kontrolle des Bauablaufes

* Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Bauarbeitern, Lieferanten und anderen Anspruchsgruppen

* Durchführen von Kosten- & Qualitätskontrollen sowie Rechnungslegung

* Regelmäßige Information und Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

* Beratung und Verkauf

Dein Profil: ¿¿

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, TH,FH oder Vergleichbares) ist von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche von Vorteil

* Aufgeschlossene, engagierte und selbständige Persönlichkeit

* Ausgeprägte Team- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
