Wij zijn op zoek naar een verkeersleider. Wat ga je doen? Als verkeerleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte, veilige en milieuverantwoorde doorvaart van het scheepvaartverkeer. Vanuit verkeerscentrale houd e via de radar het scheepsvaartverkeer in de gaten en voer je je begeleidende verkeerstaken uit. Je communiceert met de schepen via de marifoon. Verder denk je mee met de vaarweggebruikers en draag je oplossingen aan. Wat bieden wij? - een 36-urige werkweek met een salaris van minimaal €3.246,- en maximaal €4.556,- bruto per maand (schaal 8), op basis van een volledige (36-urige) werkweek; - een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd voor de duur van 12 maanden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging of een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - 144 uur wettelijk verlof en 57,6 uur bovenwettelijk verlof (bij een volledig dienstverband van 36 uur); - een individueel keuzebudget (IKB) ter waarde van 17,05% boven op je salaris, dat je naar keuze kunt inzetten voor bijvoorbeeld extra verlof, salaris of aflossing studieschuld; - opname in het ABP-pensioenfonds met een gunstige pensioenregeling, waarbij wij 70% van je pensioen betalen en een maandelijkse bijdrage aan de ziektekostenverzekering; - een vaste maandelijkse toelage van 38,1% van het brutoloon; - voor deze functie is een 36-urige werkweek verplicht, waarbij je inzetbaar bent voor dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten; werken in deeltijd is niet mogelijk; - ruimte om compensatieverlof op te bouwen; - de mogelijkheid om tweede Paasdag en/of tweede Pinksterdag ruilen voor een andere religieuze, culturele of nationale feest- of herdenkingsdag; - diverse opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden; - en nog veel meer.
