Verkoop binnendienst amsterdam In deze functie ben jij de technische sparringpartner voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar de beste oplossing voor hun installatie of proces. Je vertaalt hun wensen naar een passende oplossing uit het uitgebreide product portfolio van de opdrachtgever. Je hebt dagelijks contact met technisch beheerders, plantmanagers, projectleiders en procesoperators. Door goed te luisteren, de juiste vragen te stellen en jouw technische kennis in te zetten, geef je een passend advies. Vervolgens werk je dit uit in een heldere offerte, waarbij je rekening houdt met technische haalbaarheid, kostenefficiëntie en de wensen van de klant. Met jouw klantgerichte aanpak en technische expertise bouw je aan duurzame relaties en draag je bij aan succesvolle projecten. Wat ga je doen? - Gedetailleerde offertes opstellen op basis van klantspecificaties, waarbij je technische haalbaarheid, kostenefficiëntie en klantbehoeften meeneemt in je onderbouwing. - Klanten adviseren over producten, toepassingen en voordelen. Jij deelt jouw technische expertise en ondersteunt hen in hun besluitvorming. - Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met bestaande en potentiële klanten, met als doel klanttevredenheid en commerciële kansen te vergroten. - Samenwerken met collega's van productie, engineering en logistiek om te zorgen dat orders correct worden uitgevoerd en tijdig worden geleverd. - Het externe verkoopteam ondersteunen bij accountontwikkeling en klantbeheer. - Zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige administratie in CRM-systemen, waaronder orderinformatie, klantgegevens en offertedata.
