Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en grijpt gemakkelijk de telefoon. Het grootste deel van de communicatie met onze klanten voer je in het Engels en in mindere mate in het Duits. Waar anderen mailen of appen, bel jij liever direct om internationale klanten te woord te staan of verzonden offertes op te volgen.

In de dagelijkse praktijk ben je een echte teamplayer die actief meedenkt met de klant én collega's bijspringt waar nodig. Je vraagt door om de achterliggende behoefte helder te krijgen en komt met passende oplossingen. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid en oog voor detail lever je hoge kwaliteit en werk je continu verbeteringsgericht.

Je vormt een moeiteloze brug tussen techniek en commercie. Nieuwe kennis maak je je snel eigen; door training en zelfstudie verdiep je je vol passie in ons productportfolio. Daarnaast kun je overweg met een ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur Exact Globe) of maak je je dit snel eigen. Ook in hectische situaties blijf je rustig en gevarieerde werkzaamheden pak je gestructureerd op.

Commercieel & communicatief: Proactieve beller die vlot communiceert, voornamelijk in het Engels en Duits, en makkelijk offertes opvolgt.

Klant- & verbetergericht: Sterk in doorvragen, meedenken en het bieden van oplossingen met oog voor detail.

Technisch & leergierig: Verbindt techniek met commercie en verdiept zich graag in brede productkennis.

ERP & structuur: Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur Exact Globe) en een georganiseerde werkwijze.

Ervaren óf Starter: Zowel kandidaten met ervaring als gemotiveerde jongeren die willen starten in deze functie zijn van harte welkom.

Sinds 1984 is Hatraco een toonaangevende distributeur en fabrikant van producten en instrumentatie voor industriële motoren. Vanuit onze vestiging in Angerlo produceren wij industriële ontstekingssystemen, assembleren wij startsystemen en voeren daarnaast een breed scala aan activiteiten uit, waaronder distributie, ontwikkeling, service en reparatie. Met een toegewijd team van 30 medewerkers combineren we de flexibiliteit van een MKB-bedrijf met de internationale reikwijdte en activiteiten van een grote onderneming. Ons uitgebreide dealernetwerk strekt zich uit over de hele wereld, wat zorgt voor een dynamische en unieke bedrijfscultuur die afwijkt van een doorsnee productiebedrijf of handelsonderneming. De combinatie van activiteiten en producten binnen een nichemarkt en een groot geografisch verkoopgebied maakt Hatraco een vrij uniek bedrijf.
