Je bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties, volgt commerciële kansen actief op en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het: - Adviseren van klanten en verkopen van nieuwe en gebruikte auto's; - Actief opvolgen van leads, offertes en klantcontactmomenten; - Onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties en benaderen van nieuwe klanten; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Uitvoeren van inruiltaxaties en voeren van prijsonderhandelingen; - Adviseren over en afsluiten van financieringen, verzekeringen, lease- en garantiecontracten; - Verzorgen van een aantrekkelijke presentatie van onze auto's in de showroom, op het buitenterrein en online; - Administratief verwerken van orders, klant- en voertuiggegevens en het bewaken van lopende bestellingen; - Zorgen voor een soepel verkoop- en afleverproces.
